Gartner, Inc. has named Oracle as a Leader in its “Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management.” Gartner’s Magic Quadrant reports position vendors within a particular quadrant based on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.
According to Gartner, “CRM lead management integrates business process and technology to close the loop between marketing and sales channels, and to drive higher-value opportunities through improved demand creation, execution and opportunity management.”
Oracle achieved the highest and furthest overall position for its ability to execute and completeness of vision in the Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management.
