With a very demanding clientele, a wholesale channel of the highest quality and a retail network distributed throughout the world, Woolrich has decided to accelerate the digital transformation of its brand by relying on Venistar both to support the further international expansion of the sales network and to optimize the management of B2B processes.

The implementation of CX Commerce eXperience and Retail Pro Prism, integrated with each other, have allowed the brand to innovate inter-company operations and promote the digitization of the main processes typical of the fashion & luxury sector, without losing sight of the omnichannel services useful for developing a fluid and coherent Customer eXperience on the various touchpoints. The next goal will be to validate an Omnichannel path, reshaped around the Customer Journey, which also involves B2C digital channels.
