With his provocative and spectacular fashion shows, a skull studded with Swarovski as an emblem and a transgressive rock style, Philipp Plein has established himself as one of the protagonists of international fashion. From his headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland, this self-made man so loved by the stars of the world of music and sport, has managed to transform his name into an independent and successful fashion brand, with a precise identity.
Always attentive to international expansion strategies, the Plein Group continues to invest in new openings, both in Italy and abroad, but with a strategic focus more on online and single-brand retail. To continue this global growth, the Brand has decided to embark on a path oriented to omnichannel so as to guarantee an effective integration between online and offline channels, in a close collaboration between e-commerce and the retail network.
Philipp Plein relied on Venistar to lead the brand towards a new way of omnichannel approach that integrates the various channels in order to achieve a holistic brand experience, while optimizing the management and processes of stores distributed in over 64 countries. The project saw the implementation of CX – Commerce eXperience, which integrates and coordinates the various legacy systems present within the organization for the real-time sharing of stock information, and Retail Pro Prism as a PoS and retail management solution to support store operations.
